2. What data we process and why

Newsletter: the email address you provide when subscribing, to send you news and campaigns from Zarautz hospitality.

Job board: your application details (name, email, phone, position of interest, CV link and message), to assess it and share it with member establishments with vacancies.

Browsing the site requires no registration; we do not build profiles or make automated decisions.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on each form and withdrawable at any time.

4. Recipients

Data is hosted by Dinahosting S.L. (Spain). We use Brevo (EU) to send emails. The site integrates Google services (maps and business listings), which may involve international transfers under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Job applications: up to 12 months from receipt, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to zurekinostalarielkartea@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Minors

The forms on this site are not intended for children under 14.
